Wont stay here again.

Disliked: There was vomit in the parking garage, dirty dishes in the cupboards, the refillable bottles of soap were covered in soap. Doors to the pool needed maintenance and we were charged for two full suites because we had one too many occupants. Were not given the option of one additional room. No offer for resolution.

A lovely spot to relax...

Liked: Nice location and great views! The shuttle bus is a real plus
Disliked: Slightly limited on food options onsite

Short and sweet.

Liked: Close to the plaza at the Canyons. Rooms were ok.
Disliked: Elevator was broken, seems like when I use booking.com I get the room by the elevator and the busy parking lot was pointed right at our windows and the blinds weren’t good enough to block the light.

Liked: The location was excellent.You are in the center of everything.
Disliked: Without the help of the front desk (which are incredible individuals), I never would have understood where the parking was, nor how to get to my room.Totally would have been my fault and not the fault of the resort, but it’s a step that is heavily relied on for the front desk to clarify.I fear for the guests that don’t wait and listen to the instructions.Your front desk staff is incredible. So fun and made me instantly feel welcomed. That was the highlight of my stay. I talked with two women, I wish I remembered their names.One had short brown hair, she was lovely!
