Very cozy and much needed...

Liked: The location was excellent.You are in the center of everything.
Disliked: Without the help of the front desk (which are incredible individuals), I never would have understood where the parking was, nor how to get to my room.Totally would have been my fault and not the fault of the resort, but it’s a step that is heavily relied on for the front desk to clarify.I fear for the guests that don’t wait and listen to the instructions.Your front desk staff is incredible. So fun and made me instantly feel welcomed. That was the highlight of my stay. I talked with two women, I wish I remembered their names.One had short brown hair, she was lovely!

Disliked: The male at the front desk. The two ladies were great. The male not so much. I felt like I was at the inconvenience desk with him

Disliked: There was not extra blankets or anything and we couldn't contact the front desk cause there was no one there was it was cold.
