Will never stay there again.

Liked: The room was ordered online. When I got there, they had the reservation but did not charge my card. The price and deposit increased once I arrived. The are holding the deposit for 14 business days. This was not disclosed until check out.
Disliked: I felt scammed with the price increase after booking online. The place was not worth the price I paid. We travel often and have never waited 14 business days for a deposit to be returned.

Expensive for the quality.

Liked: Close to Thomas and Mack stadium.
Disliked: Resort fees were more than double our reservation price through Booking.com. Check in staff bordered on the rude side and abrupt. Distance to a working elevator was long. Curtains needed cleaning.

Disliked: Hotel is old and not well kept. Door to room looked like it had been kicked in and the deadbolt wouldn't latch. Won't stay there again.
