Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable.Excellent view of the water.
Disliked: Room was newly painted which kicked off my spouse's asthma. Had to sleep with the windows open.

Wonderful getaway. We will be...

Liked: We only spent one night at the motel. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean with a great view. We had a great breakfast in the morning at nookies diner which was located on site. It’s is a Quick drive to town. Overall a great experience and we will be retuning.

Disliked: We wanted an water view which we got But if you sat on the bed or sofa You couldn’t see out the water out the window.You had to stand and look out the window Other than that….place was very nice

Quiet winter getaway

Liked: Check in staff and waitress at diner were great! Bungalow was beautiful; clean, tastefully decorated and good size. Grounds were nice (it snowed while we were in). Short drive into Greenport village.
Disliked: Hard water in the shower and hot water only lasted for 15 minutes.

We just loved everything about...

Liked: It was a perfect stay! We enjoyed everything in the motel. It was so lovely! The location is stunning and peaceful, staff was really great, the room well equipped and designed and they pay a lot attention to details. We can also recommend the diner that belongs to the motel. Food has been great and we had a great time there. We just loved everything about this little gem! A perfect choice.
