Great location

Liked: Location to downtown was perfect, loved the outside seating near the river and fire pits.

Convenient location but dark and...

Liked: The location was convenient since we could walk to the shops and restaurants. The stream and seating area next to it was nice.
Disliked: The room was very dark and smelled musty. We immediately opened what windows we could and left the door open for fresh air. The lighting by the bathroom sink wasn’t very bright at all.

Liked: This place is so special. From the fire pits to the river walk it was our favorite stay on our trip. Super close to town and the park.

Gem of a hotel right...

Liked: Great location! Walking distance to main areas of Estes. Beautiful river goes through property. Lots of outdoor seating & fire pits . Free breakfast. Quiet. S’mores each night (although we didn’t partake due to our schedule).
Disliked: Only light source were room double doors which were right off main area so we had to keep blinds closed. The shades need to be light blocking too.

Family stay

Liked: Loved the location. Very close to town with all the shops and restaurants being within a very short walk. Very picturesque with a sparkling river in front with lots of seating around many clean fire pits. Smores at night made it fun and memorable.
Disliked: The rooms were dark and small. While I didn't mind they were a bit dated, they were very small for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
