After checking in everything was...

Liked: Location, ,how clean the property was,the areas were maintained, after checking in the staff very helpful
Disliked: The only thing when asking at check in the people at the desk and kiosk could not give me directions correctly they pointed or said they didn’t know. A janitor gave me correct directions.Other than that a very pleasant stay

Liked: Room was ok. Shower was great
Disliked: I hated the resort fee rip off. I hated the checkin process. I hated the kiosks. I disliked the early checkin fee. More ripoff there.

Disliked: I was charged twice for the room for my son and they switched the type of room he received. I am quite unhappy about this
