Disappointing. I wanted to shower...

Liked: The cat was cool.
Disliked: The mattress should have been dumped 20 years ago. The duvet inner was filthy. The feature wall had more features once bedside lamps were on. Looked like the room had never been dusted. The bodywash, handwash and conditioning shampoo were all the same product. Fridge didn’t go which ended up spoiling our food. It also leaked. There was no milk in fridge. One teaspoon to use, no other cutlery. Sink leaked into glasses stored in cupboard below sink. Parking was terrible, with trying to navigate the pillars and narrow parking spaces I almost parked on roadside side.

Pleasant

Liked: The 3 bec unit we got was exactly what was expected and suited our needs.
Disliked: We had a small issue when it came to communication, which was eventually resolved after a small disagreement. Their approach was not great, to be honest. The extra room we had was sub par witb uncomfortable beds and stained mattresses.

Liked: I've stayed here before. Always good value for money. A clean, tidy and comfortable room with small balcony.
Disliked: All was fine.

Liked: Location and nothing else
Disliked: I had requested an early check-in, which was approved by management. However, when I arrived, the reception staff were extremely rude, told me the room was not ready, and refused to discuss it — simply offering a refund and suggesting I find another place to stay.I had to wait 1.5 hours to check in, and after a long day of travel, I was too exhausted to look for alternative accommodation.The room was also very disappointing — it smelled strongly of smoke, as if someone had just smoked inside. It didn’t feel like a motel at all, more like a long-term apartment.Very unprofessional experience overall. I would not recommend this place.
