Liked: Our stay was wonderful. Especially the receptionist Jana made our birthday weekend even more special. It is so nice to arrive to a kind and welcoming person who makes sure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Disliked: We came on Thursday after we clock out from work and joined our friends who check in first. We planned to have a road trip for that weekend and upon arrival, all is good but I did not like how the lady on duty at the front desk approach us when we first came to our room. My friends came first so they were waiting for us at the lobby with their children. I understand that they need to check our headcount as there is maximum guests each room. But the way she spoke to us, I did not like it. Also the room assigned is a connecting room, without no sign, not to open the door. The children were checking the place and we do not know that it was a connecting room. No sign upon arrival not to open the door. Probably she had a long day that day, we are trying to be understanding, but we alsohad a long day and we are all tired. It was only 7pm for them to tell us not to be noisy. The children are not even shouting , stomping or running around. I spoke to Jacob from the front desk, he did listen and even apologized. I appreciate him taking ownership and hearing out my disappointment. Kudos to Jacob for his professionalism. Thank you for providing exceptional service for our stay.
