Silver Cloud Inn-Tacoma Waterfront

What a great place to stay. Friendly staff; great room; comfy bed. I would suggest to my friends to stay here.

We celebrated our anniversary and...

Liked: We wanted a spa tub with a view and you had it in spades! It was a lovely tub. And the breakfast was excellent. Liked that you were on the water and had a nice sidewalk where you could walk to other restaurants and parks.
Disliked: The TV didn't have many stations where we could watch movies.

Disliked: While I booked into the Silver Cloud Hotel, I was unaware there was also a Silver Cloud Inn. We drove to the Inn, where they gave us an upgraded room but did not mention we were at the wrong place!

We would love to come...

Disliked: I didn't like being lied too I was suppose to have the romance package and didn't get what I asked for ..I got charged for something I didn't ask for..but night shift representative made my stay better..he went above and beyond I appreciated him for that ..I was upset when I checked in tho
