Great surprise birthday overnight trip

Liked: Beautiful lobby, gorgeous decor throughout, even the hallway floors to our room looked like ocean waves on a sandy beach, then also like mountain ranges. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only thing missing was a microwave. The bathroom was beautiful and also had lots of space. The shower was wonderful. We loved the heated rooftop pool, our stay was for our daughters birthday and we really enjoyed our overnight at the Silver cloud and hope to stay again soon !
Disliked: The only thing I can think of, is I kept hearing water from other rooms when trying to sleep, and I wish there was a microwave to re-heat food, but honestly we had an amazing time staying there.

Great hotel to stay at...

Liked: The room and bathroom were spacious. The entire place was clean and each staff member I spoke with was extremely professional and helpful. From the valet to the restaurant staff. Having all the restaurants and shops just walking distance from the hotel was also very convenient with little kids.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. I felt completely safe and was treated respectfully by everyone there.
