We enjoyed everything

Liked: It was so beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The staff was so helpful and nice . (We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave) the view was excellent , and plenty of restaurants.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like

Lovely hidden gem in Tacoma

Liked: I love the hotel, the location, the spa tub and water view. The hotel was very clean. The area is good for walking, eating, and relaxing. We saw seals!
Disliked: There was one huge thing that could have spoiled our stay. My husband and I had a 500.00 ViSA gift card given to us for our 40th anniversary by our daughter and her husband. We presented the gift card and were told we could not use it. Front desk staff said policies had recently changed. I was REALLY disappointed. Front desk staff were as helpful as possible.
