Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Lake Union

The room is comfortable but very dark and slightly dated. I expected more for $500 a night. I was there for the Taylor Swift concert, so maybe the rooms were marked up a bit. Also, there are three Silver Cloud hotels, so don’t go to the wrong one like I did initially.

Liked: Check-in and checkout was seamless. Room was good size and Jacuzzi tub was unexpected.
Disliked: Parking spaces are very narrow, even for compact vehicles. The room was dark and slightly dated.

Disliked: - ongoing renovation of the reception (aug 25)- decor is quite outdated - no sink in bathroom, a sink is located in the room- walking near the hotel received racial abusive comments from a homeless person (can't recommend the location)- in my opinion is not worth the money

Disliked: we spent 2 nights,-the room was not cleaned/ towels have not been replaced. they just skipped our room:(- breakfast - basic food and mostly unhealthy choices to choose from. - the team in the lobby was not as attentive as in other hotels, so we preferred not to approach them with questions at all.

Liked: Nice property-but they were under construction while we were there so it hard to get in and out of the property. Wish it would have been listed that there was construction.
Disliked: It was nice just tough to get in and out during the construction.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Price was a bit high, but given our circumstances in coming, acceptable. Breakfast room was very crowded.
