The room is comfortable but very dark and slightly dated. I expected more for $500 a night. I was there for the Taylor Swift concert, so maybe the rooms were marked up a bit. Also, there are three Silver Cloud hotels, so don’t go to the wrong one like I did initially.

Liked: Check-in and checkout was seamless. Room was good size and Jacuzzi tub was unexpected.
Disliked: Parking spaces are very narrow, even for compact vehicles. The room was dark and slightly dated.

Great hotel and location

Liked: Upon entering the property, the receptionist was friendly and greeted us perfectly. We got a junior suit room and it was wonderful, with an even better view of the city. Parking was always available and easy to use, hotels in a great location.
Disliked: Nothing.
