Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Broadway

We just couldn't be happier! This was a great stay and we'll be back.

Liked: The location- easy walk to grocery, drug store and several other places if needed; the comfort of the bed; the shower; nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The restaurant (Jimmy's) is excellent. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The parking was secure and handy. We were treated very well by the staff at the front desk. The hotel shuttle to the wharf was SO handy and easy for us.

Had a great stay. Ordered room service and the food was brought promptly. Granddaughter loved the pool. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. I had to book another night because I came down with a stomach bug as soon as I got there. Housekeeping was helpful and accommodating. Comfy beds. Thankful for room service!

Disliked: Pool was out of order. It wasn't a huge deal as I got sick and wouldn't have been able to use it but my teens would have liked it.

Great hotel!

Liked: Great hotel and staff was friendly and great.
Disliked: Only have coffee in room and restaurant. No little coffee bar in lobby. Restaurant didn't open till later and I'm up at 5am.

Disappointing

Liked: The room and the facilities were pretty good.
Disliked: This hotel did two authorizations on my card, for a total of double the amount of my stay for some reason…. That created a number of issues with my bank account and the staff was not able to help me resolve this. Now, 4 days after my check out, i am still waiting for the second authorization to get cancelled.

Not eco-friendly

Liked: Staff were attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: Least eco-friendly hotel I've booked in a long time. Single use coffee maker, single use shampoo, lotions, etc. No complementary tea or coffee in lobby

Liked: The night crew gal was not very nice, seemed crabby. She charged me for parking, and the day crew were wonderful and accommodating and said parking was complimentary. I didn't get a itemized statement from them but was definitely charged $354.00
