Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Broadway

We just couldn't be happier! This was a great stay and we'll be back.

Liked: The location- easy walk to grocery, drug store and several other places if needed; the comfort of the bed; the shower; nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The restaurant (Jimmy's) is excellent. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The parking was secure and handy. We were treated very well by the staff at the front desk. The hotel shuttle to the wharf was SO handy and easy for us.

Had a great stay. Ordered room service and the food was brought promptly. Granddaughter loved the pool. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. I had to book another night because I came down with a stomach bug as soon as I got there. Housekeeping was helpful and accommodating. Comfy beds. Thankful for room service!

Disliked: Pool was out of order. It wasn't a huge deal as I got sick and wouldn't have been able to use it but my teens would have liked it.

Disliked: Got in the room, the copy maker didn't work. The safe didn't work and there was a charge to my account for an adult movie and I didn't do it.They didn't even want to give me a discount for the room.Due to the fact that they're safe or coffee maker didn't work.I'm very disappointed in this hotel chain.I will never stay there again
