We just couldn't be happier! This was a great stay and we'll be back.

Liked: The location- easy walk to grocery, drug store and several other places if needed; the comfort of the bed; the shower; nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The restaurant (Jimmy's) is excellent. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The parking was secure and handy. We were treated very well by the staff at the front desk. The hotel shuttle to the wharf was SO handy and easy for us.

Had a great stay. Ordered room service and the food was brought promptly. Granddaughter loved the pool. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. I had to book another night because I came down with a stomach bug as soon as I got there. Housekeeping was helpful and accommodating. Comfy beds. Thankful for room service!

Disliked: Pool was out of order. It wasn't a huge deal as I got sick and wouldn't have been able to use it but my teens would have liked it.

Fine, but won't visit again

Disliked: We had left in the morning to get breakfast and I let housekeeping know we didn't need cleaning when they knocked. We came back to the room, before check out time and our room had been cleaned and all of our food in the fridge had been cleaned out. My kids were super bummed since it was stuff we had gotten to take home.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
Disliked: For the cost of each night’s stay, continental breakfast should have been included. It was absurd that I had to pay for breakfast outside of the hotel.

Liked: Some how the online reservation made the wrong arrival date and we showed up on the 15th as originally planned only to find out that it made the date the 14th.I have spoken to my credit card company to investigate the matter.We will not be staying at another Silver Cloud facility due to this online mixup.
Disliked: Reservation service is not very good
