Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Broadway

We just couldn't be happier! This was a great stay and we'll be back.

Liked: The location- easy walk to grocery, drug store and several other places if needed; the comfort of the bed; the shower; nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The restaurant (Jimmy's) is excellent. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The parking was secure and handy. We were treated very well by the staff at the front desk. The hotel shuttle to the wharf was SO handy and easy for us.

Had a great stay. Ordered room service and the food was brought promptly. Granddaughter loved the pool. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. I had to book another night because I came down with a stomach bug as soon as I got there. Housekeeping was helpful and accommodating. Comfy beds. Thankful for room service!

Disliked: Pool was out of order. It wasn't a huge deal as I got sick and wouldn't have been able to use it but my teens would have liked it.

Liked: everything was nice and close to everything we needed! i really enjoyed the Pool hall next door!
Disliked: The homeless guy down a little in the parking garage, smoking dope and deficating on himself. I know you have no control and he didn't harass us, just made us uncomfortable.

Comfortable and clean, but no...

Disliked: I was not ever informed that the pool would not be working until I got to the property and asked where the pool was located, intending to go. Further, when inquiring about when the pool would be operable again, I was not able to receive an answer-- the staff did not know why it was closed or for how long it would be. For such a high priced hotel, this should be communicated somewhere at some point during booking.

Liked: The bed and pillows were super comfortable—I slept great! I love soft beds and pillows, though my husband prefers something firmer so he said it was just “ok” for him. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. We absolutely loved the Jacuzzi king room—the jacuzzi tub with proper hot water use to fill up, and jets was exactly what we needed after walking around all day. The view from our room was beautiful too.I know some reviews mentioned noise, but it’s downtown, so that’s expected. With the windows and doors closed, I hardly noticed it. The hotel and room were clean, the staff was friendly, and overall it felt well-kept. Parking is about $50 a night, just something to keep in mind.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
