Liked: Close to the beaches, food places and shopping. Super nice staff.
Disliked: Weed smoke smell and pet hair in our room on the couch. (We specifically asked prior to make sure no pet hair was in the room but it was anyways.) Tv barely worked although we only needed it at night.. Parking was a nightmare if you left to drive any where, people not staying at the hotel used the hotel lot.

Liked: The location was perfect, we were able to walk around town and down to the beach! The air conditioner was nice and cool and the bed was comfy. :-)

Disappointing, Run down, dog barking,...

Liked: It was close enough to beach
Disliked: It was dirty. Had to change rooms, still not super clean. Woken up by barking/howling dogs hours before we needed to get up. The barking continued constant for at least an hour. Shower was gross. Not super clean. Front desk not very friendly. Annoyed I asked for a new room because the first one wasn’t cleaned. Hotel is very run down. Saying there is breakfast is not a true advertisement.

Liked: Good location, staff is friendly, bathroom looks new, hotel has ice machines.
Disliked: Breakfast assortiment is very small (cereal, oatmeal and bagels with some peanut butter/jellys/butter spread), if windows are to the main street then sound isolation from room isn’t best. A/C in the room is very loud
