Disliked: Hotel was not even open. Has been shut down for over 6 months . Nobody had the decency to let us know. Had to find another hotel when we got there. Will never use booking.com again.

Disliked: the hotel was closed, we didn’t even get in. apparently it had been closed for months yet booking.com did not inform us. it spoilt the whole stay. completely useless on your part

Liked: This hotel is shut down. Got there after paying and getting flights over and it was shut down. We were left stranded. Disgrace that you can still book a room now, leaving people with nowhere to stay and taking their money.
Disliked: Absolute disgrace on the hotels behalf and booking.com’s behalf that it’s still up and it’s shut down. Taking peoples money and leaving them stranded. Will be getting a refund and reimbursed for all the hassle we went through and for our flights.

Hotel has shut, numbers disconnected,...

Liked: This hotel has closed down, from what I can see Booking.com were aware of this back in June when other customers contacted them to complain. Booking.com did NOTHING to notify that this hotel had closed. All numbers for the property have been disconnected.
Disliked: This hotel has closed down, from what I can see Booking.com were aware of this back in June when other customers contacted them to complain. Booking.com did NOTHING to notify that this hotel had closed. All numbers for the property have been disconnected. I drove 6 hours to get to an empty property. I've had to pay over the odds for a new hotel seeing as it was a festival weekend!!
