great hotel amazing location for...

Liked: location is amazing so easy to get to from airport and easy to get anywhere staff were really helpful and nice hotel was comfortable good aircon, pool was nice
Disliked: wasnt much we didnt like if i was being really picky breakfast could maybe have a little more selection considering the price .. a bit more info about loval places to eat near by or shops nearby would be helpful

It was ok, but less...

Liked: The room was not especially big, but ok and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite central. Metro line 3 station Pueblo Sec was right next to the hotel. The staff were polite.
Disliked: The neighborhood wasn't the best. The streets weren't clean and smelled. The staff besides the reception staff didn't speak English. The pool was quite small. The noise was quite noticeable and we could hear everything from the corridor. The choice at breakfast was quite basic.
