Great Hotel, highly recommended

Liked: This is a fabulous hotel with great facilities and brilliant staff. Room was exceptional for the price paid and the location is perfect for exploring Santander.
Disliked: Only a point knocked off because the central location means a lot of noise in the morning as Santander comes to life. No problem if you're an early riser but not good for a lie in!

Very enjoyable - liked the hotel and loved Santander.

Liked: The location was good. Anna (a university trainee at reception) was fantastic - she had a lovely personality and was so helpful - thank you Anna.
Disliked: The room was too hot - wasn't able to adjust temperature. We wanted to get out of room (as too hot) to play cards and there was no where to sit. We were going to play cards in the cafeteria while having a drink and the woman behind bar said it wasn't allowed - very disappointing.

Convenient hotel to stay for ferry but wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: Location was good. Accessible room requested but not given. Bed was quite comfortable. Decor in room was quite depressing due to dark furnishings and walls.
Disliked: Parking charges of 21 Euros for one night we found quite extortionate and only one disabled parking space available which was already taken. Very impersonal attitude of staff on reception disappointing.
