Comfortable bed and good price...

Liked: Good location and comfortable bed. Good value however customer service is lacking. Very small staff, sometimes unavailable. My room had cobwebs on the ceiling and a repaired hole in the wall that was not painted, it was just repaired with stucco.
Disliked: Lobby was closed the majority of the time. You have to ring a bell for the attendant to come open it. Sometimes there is not one there are they list a number that you should call if you need help.

Disliked: Reviews said the property was renovated and updated but that must have many years ago. The front desk person who checked me said he was giving me an upgrade but my room was extremely basic and the furniture has definitely seen better days. The brown carpet was a turn off too. I don’t understand why hotels put carpet in the rooms; the yuk factor is always a turn off. The street noise was also unpleasant but not sure they could do anything about that unless they improved soundproofing.
