Signia by Hilton San Jose

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having so many things close by. San Jose is a great little place.

Liked: Clean; very nice.
Disliked: Food service - was on time but not fantastic food.

The Pool wasn’t available, and...

Liked: We love the location in the lobby is quite beautiful. The room that we booked at a nice view, and we liked that there was a mini fridge in the room.
Disliked: When we got to the room, I looked out the window at the pool and saw they were setting up for a party and then called the front desk, and only then was. I told that the Pool would be closed for the entire day of the evening. this was greatly disappointing, because I booked this hotel specifically for the Pool, and they didn’t give us any prior notice that it wasn’t going to be available. When I called to ask for other options or solutions. The only viable option they were able to give me was $75 worth of drinks that but me, and my partner two drinks from the lobby bar and didn’t even cover the whole tab.

Incredible property with posh bar/lounge,...

Liked: The gym was fantastic I wish I could have stayed longer to use more of it. The steam room and sauna were incredible touches that I enjoyed very much
Disliked: Unfortunately I couldn’t see the pool because it was reserved for a wedding but I’m sure it would have been lovely.

Be careful about extra charges....

Liked: Big room
Disliked: I was charged for 4 nights parking instead of 3. In spite of explaining it to the front desk, my receipt is still not updated. I was also charged extra for the breakfast which was supposed to be included. They said only one drink and one main course was included but they never mention it to me.
