We enjoyed our stay. Loved having so many things close by. San Jose is a great little place.

Disliked: Room was dated, shower tray hanging off , noisy air conditioning. Overall room was tired and needs freshening up

Liked: The lobby was beautiful. The pool was nice. The room size was impressive
Disliked: The furniture in the room didn’t match one another or the size. There should have been and could have been two bedside stands. The elevators are outdated and are loud.

Liked: The service was excellent we felt pampered by the staff at all times great hospitality and atmosphere we will return to that hotel again and again and again for now on
