Liked: This property was amazingly beautiful, the staff were perfect and assisted us with everything we needed help with the whole stay. everything was clean ! and the location was perfect, and felt really safe. I would definitely stay here again !

Liked: We are in room 1101 and due to check out today. Last night around 1130pm the lights in the room went out completely we only had the bathroom light and the light by the water /coffee to illuminate the room. The AC also went out with the power. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room, it didn’t work. We had to call from our cell phone and after 3 calls we finally got someone on the phone who stated that someone would come up. Nobody ever came up, we still have no power in the room only bathThis was our anniversary night and I paid someone to come and decorate the room which is why I didn’t press the issue of moving rooms but for a rate of 265 there is no way we should have been without power and using the candles to navigate in the room. This was the first time I’ve stayed at the Signia and I am not happy at all with the experience. The hallway was also dirty on our floor with old trays from room service that weren’t picked up. They were there from check in at 5pm to after we got back at 11pmI also have video proof that the lights are working in here, they did at check in and yes we have tried all switches to turn them on
