Disliked: I stayed 2 nights for a work trip and the hotel had no hot water in the whole facility. Things happen but we should have been notified and offered a refund to find other arrangements. I was not given a discount of any kind.

Liked: Very little.it was a quiet room and TV worked just about is about it.
Disliked: Where to begin?Staff, uninterested, hard to understand, not welcoming Room. Unbearably hot and stuffy, filthy carpets, holes and stains on sheets, most things hanging off walls, one tiny bar of soap, just one towel, had to ask for another and was begrudgingly given one...Location horrible, a mix of downtown LA and downtown Delhi.No lift, dark, dingy, dirty stairs and hallwaysPoor signage."Courtyard view" was a small closed window looking directly into the window opposite

Not safe, not clean and...

Disliked: Broken shower, unclean carpets, unclean bed, broken air conditioner(it was 32 c that night), didn’t get the key, the staff opened the door and didn’t give keys, homeless guys were in the property and finally the room safety lock was broken, I had to push the table against the door to shut my eyes..no towel or toiletries were in the bathroom.. I thought there should be a minimum standard to list in booking.com(or any other reputable travel websites), apparently not.. I heard bed bugs were an issue that’s not all of the building, just one floor..

Disliked: Killed 3 earwigs that were on beds both days, no plug for bathtub, were not told about a password to get in if door is looked was locked out for a hour while my child was left in room and the intercon and phone did not work, had too ask for towels twice on one day was not told wifi password until I demanded the info over all it was a dump
