Liked: Easy to get to, clean (bar the suspicious looking brown stain on the carpet) friendly and helpful staff, good air conditioning system (it was a very hot humid day) bed was ok but could be more comfortable, fairly priced.
Disliked: Noise from neighbouring rooms, street noise, tv was too far away from the bed.

Liked: There was a split ac in every room and with heat outside at 98 degrees Fahrenheit they didn’t want to run. I am 75 and almost died of the heat.

Liked: Overall experience was fantastic. Hotel & room both were very clean & hygiene. Location is very near 2 min walking distance from illford train station. Reception staff is very cooperative & 24 hrs available for any support.
Disliked: Overall experience was good but if they can add dryer in washroom that would be great.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.The reception was 24 hours.Decent value for money.Good location, only a short walk to the train station for the Elizabeth line.
Disliked: The room we were in had a slight bad smell, like a blocked drain, but not unbearable just a little unpleasant.When we checked in the staff member was a little abrupt and not very welcoming.
