The worst stay. I next...

Liked: Nothing. It was disgusting and filthy.
Disliked: Everything.

A reasonable place to stay...

Liked: It was within a long walk to Disneyland. The cost wasn’t too high,
Disliked: the continental breakfast was much to be desired. Prepackaged chocolate muffins, yogurt and bananas was well below what we expected. The motel and room was good enough not bad, but not great.

Liked: the location is great, the cost is exceptional, the People is really kind, always clean room

Nice location, you get what...

Liked: Close to the park and affordable. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Floor could have been cleaner upon arrival. For some reason whenever we came back to our hotel at the end of a long day the cooler was set to 60 making the room fridge cold.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was nice, clean but too far from parking.
Disliked: Our neighbors in the next room partying, screaming and squealing. They claimed that there was a mouse in their room and they were running around trying to hit it with a shoe. They kept us up off and on all night.

Great location, amazing staff, comfy...

Liked: The location is great in regards to proximity to Disneyland, and event Knotts Berry Farm. It's a little far to walk to Disney, but the drive is under 8 minutes to the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure. The beds are very comfortable, and pillows are very comfortable. All the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The coffee and breakfast options are good. They also provide the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, that are bolted to the shower wall, so its very nice in comparison to the little mini travel bottles, in the event you accidentally forget something.
Disliked: I have stayed here before, and I do not remember having such an issue with cleanliness. Every time our room was serviced, there were dark hairs everywhere. On the bedding, on the towels, on the floor. It was just a bit unsettling. I also don't know if the towels were washed properly because there was always something odd on them. When we first checked into the room, there was also crumbs all over the floor by the baseboards and by the door. Behind the door it looked like there was a mess that just was never cleaned up. I would unfortunately say due to the hair issue, and the dirty floors issue, I don't think I could stay here again, because I personally get unsettled by that kind of stuff very easily, but I will emphasize the first time we stayed here about a year an a half ago, I had no issues of the sort.

we really enjoyed our stay....

Liked: Property was located in a great location, had access to lots of restaurants and it was very close to the Honda Center. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was a bit difficult in the evening. People that were visiting Joe’s Italian Ice that was located across the street would park in the hotel parking lot which made it difficult to find parking at night. Also, every night when we would enter the room, it smelled like urine. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Liked: Location was the only good thing
Disliked: Dirty room. Dirty towels dirty floor. Beds had bloody stains, sheets were dirty never changed them. Room smelled like mold. No hot water. Showered with cold water A/C didn’t work. A lot of flys and Nat’s in room 122. Cockroaches

Filthy moldy rooms.never again will...
