Disliked: We booked this room for Parents Weekend at WSU. This is an incredible busy weekend with normally no hotel rooms available anywhere. When I booked the room in January I asked for late checkin. They emailed me and stated no problem and please be on the lookout for a code. They then emailed me twice with the same PIN code. We knew that the office was going to close at 10:00 PM so I tried to call the number they posted to the property before 10:00 PM to make sure everything was ok for check in. The phone number led us to an answering machine that said they were located in California but we thought no problem we have a pin. We get to the motel and there are no directions on what to do with the pin. But they have a sign that states if you need any help call this number. Guess what the number leads you to an answering machine to someone that lives in California. Luckily, we drove back to my daughter's house and she ended up sleeping on the floor while we took her bed. When my husband finally got ahold of the lady she said we changed your pin and texted it to you the day you were suppose to check in. What happened to answering the phone if we needed help? Why did you change from emailing us multiple times to texting and then changing the pin the day of. As of today we have not received a refund.

Liked: This is a very old motel, but it has been completely remodeled. Floors are new, paint is new, all fixtures in bathroom are new. The bed is wonderfully comfortable with new deluxe linens. Towels in bathroom are deluxe, and there is even a beautifully embroidered shower curtain. We were pleased to find a refrigerator and microwave along with a coffee maker with generous commodities. Everything is super clean. All in all, everything was provided for a comfortable stay for $54 per night!!
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair, a lamp by the table, and a desk. We didn't find a hair dryer.There was no one at the motel office. We had to call a number in California to get a code to open the door of our room. Fortunately, my husband had discovered that the day before, so we weren't inconvenienced. We would forgive most any inconvenience, though, in order to have a clean room for $54 when other motels in the area have raised their prices to $254 per night.
