I advise against staying in...

Liked: Good location. Plenty of hot water for showers.
Disliked: There is no staff between 6PM and 8:30AM. We arrived at 6:30PM. The lock on the door would not open. We messaged the two contact numbers and never heard back. 40 minutes later another guest arrived. They had the same problem, unable to get into their room. After a while they were able to get through to a person who helped them get into their room. This guest then worked with us to get our door open.

Very nice place to stay

Liked: Nice clean hotel room that was available while I was traveling through the area.
Disliked: One neighbor was loud, but the facility itself was great.

Liked: The room was clean and odor-free.
Disliked: The room was quite small and not well stocked. There was no Kleenex, wash clothes, or hairdryer. A hairdryer was available from the office, but the office hours were very limited. I sent a text to the number on the office door and never did receive a reply. The unit had not been updated - there was still just a wall-hung sink in the bathroom, not a vanity. At first, we could not get the TV to work. There was a maintenance staff person who told us that the TV power was controlled by the wall switch by the entry door. There was no sign indicating the switch had to be flipped on. The TV stations were limited and some stations did not have very good pictures.

NO personnel present .All automated....

Liked: There was NO staff. It is ALL automated and I didn't find that out until I got there. I made my reservation on the road and called ahead to confirm to .ake.sure.I had a bed to sleep in and there was NO ONE to answer and confirm in person! There was an automated text sent at 5 in the morning!??.. to remind me to.get.out by 11. That was the icing on the cake. If I had known it was all automated,.I might have stayed elsewhere. Other than that, the facilities were fine,.just the hands.off approach all tech REALLY threw me off. I can see why they send a non personal text at 5 in the morning,.bc if a human would have been on the.ither.end, they would have gotten yelled at! 11 is a full 6 HOURS after they called. Who the frick gets dinged by the phone at 5 in the morning!!!... That...was rude.
Disliked: As above, the tech, no personnel, text at five in the freaking morning. I was TIRED AND NEEDED THE REST FOR DRIVING..

Liked: Great price on a busy WSU graduation weekend. Conveniently located, pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay again!
