Disliked: Made of wood. Noisy in the morning when early birds wake up.

Liked: The property is in a beautiful area in the Sierra Mountains, but is a bit removed from main communities, so a great spot if you want to relax and enjoy nature a while. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't heated and so very cold. I did get an electric heater from the office, but it wasn't very powerful and it took until the next morning for the bathroom to reach a tolerable temperature.

Yes, it was inexpensive, but...

Disliked: There was quite a bit of noise at night (about ten p.m.). Employees were apparently transferring food up and down the stairs right next to my room. They made little effort to be quiet and considerate of the clients.

Disliked: Too small a room for 3 adults, access to the queen bed from only one side. Noisy heater.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Coffee was average. The heater in our room was too loud for us to sleep, so we turned it off at night. Everything else was basic and great.
