Liked: The owners are exceptionally nice and accommodating, and were flexible with a special request I had.Don't let the exterior of the building put you off: they have refurbished the rooms and they're very nice.The room had a microwave and a fridge.Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Lack of an ice machine.The lights over the bathroom sink are far too bright and glaring.They have put laminate floors in the rooms, so if your room is downstairs it's quite noisy when people walk around in the room above

Liked: The room was extremely clean. Exceptional toiletries. Beds were new with great comfort.However only one sliding door was available to turn on the shower which was at the opposite end to the shower head. I had to get in the shower to turn it on to be hit by cold water. Normally you get in on the end where the spray overhead nossle is, but it this case that door was sealed shut. These managers went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best and it was. They have done an amazing job of upgrading this hotel. Yes I would stay there again if I travel to San Andreas California in the future.
Disliked: Just the show opening to the shower was at the opposite end of where it should be.

Lovely hotel room and staff....

Liked: Staff was great. Room was really nice, clean and comfortable with added touches you don’t normally get.
Disliked: Downsides were that the exterior needed repairs and there were weeds everywhere that could have been attended to.Also we were awoken to random woman knocking on every door at 1:00 am. Half of the hotel seems to be housing for unhoused residents which would have been nice to know ahead since people were in and out a lot so not very quiet. This complaint should probably be for booking.com as this has also happened to us on a hotel choice in Mendocino.

Liked: Very modern looking, comfortable bed. The counter space was large.
Disliked: The first room I checked into had a facilities issue, had to change rooms. The other occupants were very loud at times.
