Very comfy and perfect hotel
Liked: I loved it and plan to go back, but I couldn't say yes on expectations because the pool and spa was out of service, I liked everything else tho and do plan to come back when the pool and spa are available. It's 10 mins walk to the lake, lots of blankets, pillows, space, free wifi, free Lil stuff like teas and coffee, UT feels home like, the other thing that was a tad disappointing was that one staff that was like cleaning didn't know how to start the fire pit outside that too was disappointing but.. maybe next time someone will know or they'll have enough propane in the tank.
Disliked: Late staff didn't know how to help with the fire pit, no pool, no spa, it was under construction. But front desk staff was very nice.

I love this hotel and...
Liked: I love the ease of checking in and how comfortable and calm the entire hotel feels. I always stay here when I visit my kids.
Disliked: No complaints ever!

Liked: Very clever check-in with out any human interaction... Located right where I wanted to be. Electronic check in and check out were flawless. Lots of hot water and perfect temperature regulation.
Disliked: I fought with the thermostat in my room 212 relentlessly - it would reset to something like 62 degrees regardless of where I set it - every few hours it was off again - some very cold nights for this 70 year old guy. I would have liked the hot tub to have worked . It was there, but couldn't get the jets to crank in.

Not what I expected.
Liked: Well appointed rooms, I liked the vibe. Close to town, which was nice.
Disliked: This is an OLD motel that hasn't been fully renovated. The Pool area, in my opinion, is a health hazard. It has black mold (or possibly mildew) on the ceilings and the ceiling itself needs major repair. We also found a couple of bugs in our bed so we left immediately. I also didn't like that there wasn't a live person at the front desk - kind of an odd feeling. I think they are halfway there to a great hotel. They've done a lot to make it nice, but it still feels old like it needs more work.

Liked: The staff was very helpful. Love the lobby/reception area. Warm and inviting love the fireplace. We did not have our fury family member with us. They had a welcoming for them water dish and biscuits. Coffee, water, and drinks in the lobby. Thanks again for everything.
