Disliked: Keycard to open room door sometime not working properly..had to get security guard to open door for me.Toilet needs to get it fix to flush down.. it only went down half way down that left toilet paper and some waste floating.Saw dead large cockroach inside the closet.

Disliked: Very worn out furniture & finishes. Didn't have any coffee for the coffee maker room. Noise from street.

Convenient stay in good location...

Liked: Not a bad place at all for the price! We arrived late and called just five minutes ahead—someone was already there waiting for us when we pulled in. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The laundry room is spacious, with four washers and dryers, so even though others were using it, we had no trouble getting everything done. There's no breakfast offered, but a popular bagel café is just a 2-minute walk away.
Disliked: We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed during our stay. I don’t recall seeing any notice about this when we booked, and it would have been helpful to know in advance. A functioning pool would have been especially appreciated given the summer heat.
