Convenient stay in good location...

Liked: Not a bad place at all for the price! We arrived late and called just five minutes ahead—someone was already there waiting for us when we pulled in. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The laundry room is spacious, with four washers and dryers, so even though others were using it, we had no trouble getting everything done. There's no breakfast offered, but a popular bagel café is just a 2-minute walk away.
Disliked: We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed during our stay. I don’t recall seeing any notice about this when we booked, and it would have been helpful to know in advance. A functioning pool would have been especially appreciated given the summer heat.

Liked: Clean room and good location
Disliked: Hotel soaps and complimentary items were lacking. Water was shut off unexpectedly on the last day.

Pleasant

Liked: I loved the location of it! Close to a few businesses that were in walking distance to the 7 eleven and Walgreens! Loved that I was able to walk to most places.
Disliked: I found a dead cockroach in the cupboard and the front desk acted so nonchalant. Didn't bother to have the decency to thank me or anything.

Exceptional

Great and would stay again...

Liked: Great staff for assisting on request and being able to provide a solid stay. Location was great for pickup such as Uber.

Could be better ...

Liked: The location is great. The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable. Parking is available.
Disliked: The pool was not available. I found a cockroach in the room. After killing it I showed it to the receptionist who only took a photo... no apology or something similar. Fortunately I spent only one night there.

It was amazing and not...

Liked: I loved that they were very helpful even the after hours security named Dan. Everyone had great customer service
