Disliked: I got there and they were closed I paid for the room after the time that they closed and wasn't aware that they were closed at 8:00 p.m. and I've tried to get a refund and still have yet to get a refunder another room booked for the price that I paid I've checked in with booking.com and they will not return my messages but the motel itself said that they would give me a credit and I could use it anytime I just don't know how to go about doing that. I would greatly appreciate if I could get a refund or a credit for a room because I don't necessarily believe that there was a correct communication and I've contacted and made a claim but nothing ever happened I blame more booking and the motel as well but would just like to have like some kind of compensation I've been using booking.com for years
