Liked: The location was amazing! I walked everywhere from it. The staff were so friendly and explained everything very well. The breakfast was automatically included in the booking and was a bonus. I loved the little bar downstairs too.
Disliked: You can definitely hear your “neighbours” and the space in my single room was well utilised. Perhaps the only thing I wasn’t fond of was the step into the shower without a rail to hold on to.

Disliked: The breakfast was sub-par; the cleaning service and room amenities were very modestt.

Disliked: No iron in the rooms. You need to go to another floor to use the service.

Liked: Location. Out of the mayhem of central London but easy to travel around and 15 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace. Pimlico is a lovely area of London.
Disliked: Breakfast not brilliant - adequate though.
