Horrible. The worst hotel I...

Liked: It was secure
Disliked: 1. The hotel did not supply the smaller size wash cloths typical provided by hotels2. Our room was in the basement, with the only view to a cement wall. The window had black barred windows. We felt like we were in a jail cell.3. My husband, myself and children stayed in the room and there was one very small bathroom with a see thru bathroom door. My children had to close their eyes or stand in the hall in order not to see my husband or I in the nude after stepping out the shower. Again no privacy like a jail cell.5. The full size bed was sinking in the middle6. The room was freezing. We could not control the heat.

Disliked: This hotel doesn't give my money back!We booked 3 nights based on Booking reviews and it was a fully disappointing experience!Firstly, there is no elevator to some floors and we had to carry our luggage to our room. Secondly, we were shocked when saw the room, it was so small that we couldn't open our luggage suit. We arrived at midnight and tried to sleep but it was impossible because we heard all the sounds from neighbors, the street, and the corridor. In the morning after a sleepless night, we went to a reception desk to ask for a refund at least for nights we didn't use, because the reality didn't match the photos and reviews that we saw on Booking but the staff refused us.Be careful because they ask for a prepayment of the whole amount for staying and you can't cancel your booking and get a refund!

Liked: Very friendly staff. Nice and clean room. They offer free luggage storage for both the day of check-in and check-out. Breakfast is good. There are not many options, but it's okay.There are EU socket plugs available in the room 🙂
Disliked: The room is a little small.

I felt very safe there.

Lovely clean Hotel, which was...

Liked: Rooms were clean, a good size and bathroom newly furnished! We had a lovely view from our room too! Breakfast was good & there was plenty of choice! We timed it right and sat down immediately, when we left there was a huge queue! Staff were very helpful and informative!
Disliked: Small narrow corridors and steep stairs! Didn’t affect us but people with mobility issues would find it difficult!
