Short trip in London

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The shower door, as I was sharing with a male friend and I didn't feel comfortable taking my clothes off for shower as you can see the body outline clearly. Would be nice if they had a curtain on the door where yo can close for more privacy.

Wonderful property and stay

Liked: Great neighborhood location close to several restaurants and bakeries. Walkable to Victoria bus-coach and tube. Lovely double room, small but very clean. Very helpful staff.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was excellent. The breakfast was good.The hitel staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The shower didnt drain well.

Decent stay over for work

Liked: Spacious room. Had air con.Liked the tea facilities.Good Shower/bathroom was spaciousIt was in a quieter part of the hotel.It is close to transport links.The room was clean and tidy each time we left it to be cleaned. They gave us everything we needed.Staff on the desk were friendly. We could order takeaway to the hotel.
Disliked: Bed - mattress was too hard. Pillows and quilt were too thin but it was hot so I didn't ask for any more. The bedding wasn't changed over the 6 nights. I didn't sleep well. Hair dryer - took a long time to dry hair. TV - would prefer it was put on a moving bracket/or angle so both sides of the bed can see it easily.

Nice and tidy

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpfull, room was tidy, the air con was a blessing in the heat
Disliked: I was not expecting room cleanup after just one night.... I stayed 2 nights and was not expecting it to be worth a full room reset after just 1 night. Maybe I am just not used to it :)

Very good

Liked: It was good for staying alone near a central hub in London. Clean, good staff and quite peaceful area.
Disliked: Breakfast was included but was really basic, did not excpect more though.

Good- would come again

Liked: Well situated for tube travel Fantastic gentleman in reception who gave excellent advice on travelling to London
Disliked: Wasn’t cleaned properly
