Liked: Location, wellness offer and bar
Disliked: Problem with the A/C in the room that couldn’t be fixed. Sauna/steamroom didn’t work properly at first; after another guest complained, the issue was resolved, though.

Liked: Really nice design, comfortable beds, friendly staff and amazing location
Disliked: The room was pretty small and the shower was in the bath tube

Liked: Location and staff were great.
Disliked: We had a superior room and the double bed was extremely small and not in my opinion what one expects in a 5 star hotel.Also the lighting in the room, if you turn the bathroom light on the whole room lights up, not good in the middle of the night!!

Tasteful and confortable

Liked: Service, attentiveness, cleanness, friendliness, facilities, location...Excelent!
Disliked: We liked everything! Just a small remark on the evening staff at the reception on the day before my checkout, I made sure to remember my early checkout and the request for a packed lunch made on arrival, and this was not transmitted to the kitchen, which made us wait for an extra 12minutes before leaving to the station. But since we had a buffer time, this was no issue and we could arrive on time for our train home and enjoyed a tasty and fulfilling packed lunch :)
