It is a nice and...

Liked: It isn’t a 5 star hotel nor did I expect it to be. The price is reasonable. First and foremost it is clean and quiet. The owner is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. I have no complaints.

Good value and convenient location...

Liked: Conveniently located just six miles from Hawkeye Point, the highest point in Iowa! Had a great dinner at nearby El Queretano Mexican Restaurant and amazing craft beer at Drink Me Brewing Co, in walking distance. Good coffee and a sufficient breakfast in the morning. Staff was very solicitous.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, guest laundry for small fee, coffee and continental breakfast.
Disliked: No water machine.
