It was adequate for our needs. The staff on duty were so friendly and helpful. The car park slot (nearest the road) was JUST ok for my 4X4 but many cars would struggle to be last parked without under floor damage. Sounds daft, but you need to see the contours on the parking entrance to understand.

Liked: Location was excellent,staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: There were no knives or forks,no plates to eat dinner on either,WiFi was very poor,no batteries in main area tv controller,mattress in one of the double rooms was heavily stained which wasn’t pleasant as I took sheets off bed at end of stay to discover that’s what I had been sleeping on,sofa in main area very uncomfortable,blinds in kitchen wouldn’t shut so no privacy at night,shower doesn’t drain away very quickly and felt more like a bath than a shower.

Liked: I found the staff extremely helpful really kind and even though it was St Patrick’s day I didn’t hear much noise about as I thought. I liked the small coffee area for hot drinks was a nice space to work and the bar was open for guests to hang out and relax too.Great showers.I wasn’t sure where the elevator was or if there was one and I had a very large suitcase. So carrying it up was a bit difficult.
