Liked: The place where it’s located the view of it but elevator takes one our to get you in because of all the people trying to go out pool there is no lovey all rooms are different owner so no help when need
Disliked: The place is located but very dirty and furniture needs renovation some furniture is broken only one sofa in living room if you sit down the leather sticks in your skin because of the oldest carpet nasty with stains al over

Liked: It was on the beach
Disliked: Everything was way too crowded and it took 30 minutes to an hour to get on the elevators. Also our wristbands did not work the whole time we were there and you have to have them to park in the parking garage.

Disliked: Horrible service. Unit was disgusting, mattress heavily Soiled, charged me $200 and said unitnwas heavily trashed and it was not.

Disliked: Need to update furniture. Every mattress in the condo was flat and horrible. Behind French fries,gum wrapper paper and dirt under bed. Towels were very old. White towels was dirty dull color. Balcony needs to be pressure washed. The whole condo needs to be cleaned and needs updated comfortable furniture.

I loved my whole stay....

Liked: I loved my entire stay, if you come to relax, go somewhere else because people are there to have fun. I hear alot of complaints about the elevators well I can't speak on that. I was on the 1st floor. I enjoyed my entire stay. No drama nothing as far as I could see. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like is I didn't have a good view of the ocean and that's about it, and those sliding doors you need some strength to get them open.

Liked: The staff at the consiarge when I lost my watch was nice and when I asked about the nasty of the room I was meet with rudeness .
Disliked: The room was disgusting I had no way to contact the owner about it. The beds were filled with sand and hair like it never got changed at all under the bed was filled with inches of dust and toys table and counters had sand all over them . Only 1 trash bag and 1 thing for the dishwasher was supplied I had to bring EVERYTHING. . even things that a very cheap hotel would have supplied . This was my first and last time at this resort.
