Amazing views with loads of...

Liked: Thank you! The hotel room was absolutely awesome. Much bigger than I anticipated. The views were stunning and the venue was close to great restaurants. Parking was great, zero noise levels. Would definitely recommend this place and would / will book again.

There’s a reason it was...

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Old, run down room with no plugs anywhere for phones/blowdryer in bathroom etc. Outside noise was loud. Could hear the tv through the wall. Bed was loud and creaky and caved in in the middle

Liked: location was amazing
Disliked: Paying a pet cleaning fee per day and receiving no services regarding this cleaning or any cleaning whatsoever. The cleaning fee was $40 a day, Which wasn't mentioned when booking apparently the workaround is that you were supposed to call if you have a pet even if you say pet friendly on the websit.

nice location great view of...

Liked: love the location is our place to stay when we come to Penticton.
Disliked: Our TV and Wifi was done while we where there this time but we usually are out and about so didn't make much a difference for us.
