Very poor
Liked: location was amazing
Disliked: Paying a pet cleaning fee per day and receiving no services regarding this cleaning or any cleaning whatsoever. The cleaning fee was $40 a day, Which wasn't mentioned when booking apparently the workaround is that you were supposed to call if you have a pet even if you say pet friendly on the websit.

nice location great view of...
Liked: love the location is our place to stay when we come to Penticton.
Disliked: Our TV and Wifi was done while we where there this time but we usually are out and about so didn't make much a difference for us.

Not what you would call...
Liked: Location was good for the purpose of our stay.
Disliked: The carpet was dirty, the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and broken, missing baseboards, the plug-ins were behind the bed and had no plug-in covers and the plugs were loose in the wall, the wall unit ac ran continuously with no heat, which we called about and they brought us a portable space heater. Front office was locked when we arrived and had to track down a maintenance worker to have him get ahold of the owner to get us our room key which there was only one key.

This was the worst experience...
Liked: The location is hard to beat
Disliked: Nobody on-site to deal with issues, no alternate contact info given to speak with someone about issues, heat in the room did not work, batteries in the remote for the TV did not work, toilet was constantly running, was not informed of work being done in the units directly below me which disturbed my sleep, was not informed a storage container was going to be delivered almost up against my vehicle even though there plenty of empty space es away from my vehicle where the storage container could have been dropped, no communication whatsoever between hotel staff and guests regarding the office being closed for the winter, and finally there's a note in the unit stating a $10 fee would be charged for dirty dishes and yet there's no dish soap to wash dishes with .. oh and having a coffee machine but not supplying spoons or stir sticks is kind of pointless too
