Wonderful Just what we needed...

Liked: We've been coming for almost 10 years now and the accommodations are excellent staff is very friendly rooms are just right for us
Disliked: The only thing that was a little annoying was placement of beach towels on chairs with no one using them some were even down on beach for most of day sitting and then came back and picked up their towels and went to room

Liked: The pool was wonderful as was the view from our room. Lots of seating in the pool area. Staff were very friendly. Liked that it was adults only.
Disliked: Still some work to be done, which we totally expected. It was a bit noisy when they were working on the beach and patio wall area.. this is temporary as they are still recovering from hurricanes.

Fantastic vacation. We would love...

Liked: Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean pool, games and patio right off of Madeira beach. A fairly quiet property, convenient to all locations we were visiting. Undercover parking and comfortable beds!
Disliked: Our fridge and microwave had not been cleaned. The floors were sandy upon arrival but a broom was provided so that was great. Room was musty due to some damaged recliners. We had one removed and the other stayed but they both should really be replaced. Otherwise, the room was clean and decorated nicely.

Superb

Liked: We stayed here before in 2022 and we just loved it.After Hurricane Helene, there is a lot to do but they did their best and we had a great time. We had a spontaneous late check-out.Thank you for making it possible.

Engagement trip

Liked: The view was amazing from our room.

Short and sweet!!!

Liked: Nothing went well, We had to leave the hotel on September 25 due to the hurricane, we checked out. Now I'm trying to get a refund for the days we didn't stay there. The hotel staff on the 25 told me that they could not refund my money due to the fact that I paid booking.com and you paid them. I then was told I had to go through booking.com to get my refund. But you won't give me the refund until you talk to the hotel which has no power or phone service since the storm. I've e-mailed the hotel to get a hold of booking.com as of 10/1/2924 I have not heard from them.
Disliked: See above note!! The hotel pool was not open for our stay.

Good value stay on the...

Liked: Location was beautiful, right on the beach and close to shopping. Quiet property, great for relaxing. Had a nice little breakfast provided, with coffee, OJ, tea, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. Staff was welcoming.
Disliked: Room was clean enough, but could have been cleaner.
