Disliked: 10 floors snd 2 elevators. Very long waits during high traffic times.I found the beds uncomfortable. Mattresses old and lumpy.

Liked: The room was really spectacular! Nice view too. Bar/ restaurant area was also very nice. Staff equally nice and friendly. There is free coffee in the room but it is not offered in the lobby. Which is ok for me. The pool area is closed inside but open outside. Unfortunately it is raining today. No water in the hot tub outside. Not a big deal for me but other people may not like that. The other restaurant located just a few steps away looked very nice as well! All in All I had a good stay

Great place, beautiful and clean...

Liked: Clean room, comfy beds, hot shower, large room with beautiful views
Disliked: Carpet was very damp, pretty much wet on the west 1/3 of the room from foot of bed and around bed to windows so ended up with wet socks and feet both nights - Hoping this was from carpets recently being cleaned and just not yet dry when room was assigned to us. Tub drained very slowly - had two inches of water around drain for every shower.
