Simple rooms but very comfortable...

Liked: Comfortable and clean room with plenty of space, comfy bed, and good basic amenities including some plates, cutlery etc. Lots of dining good options onsite, close to public transport and right next to the supermarket for supplies. Nice view of the mountain from the room. All around a comfortable stay!
Disliked: I could hear the neighbours TV, a bit of road noise etc but all quietens down at night so didn't impact on sleep. The big sliding door didn't seal very well so it was a bit draughty for the middle of winter plus I could smell cigarette smoke from someone smoking outside the rooms in the morning. This also meant the room was very cold, but I cranked the heat pump and it eventually warmed up.

Liked: Location and dining experience. Food was excellent and good selection
Disliked: Room could do with a little upgrade. Dry rot behind entry door and shower head needs replacing. Apt.5

Pleasant

Liked: The room was serviced with fresh clean towels .The location was handy-close to supermarket, and not far from Hobart Airport. Food at Shoreline Hotel was good- especially the steak. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was draughty- needs a door stop to front door. Hot water took a long time to get warm. Bathroom fan too powerful- no heater in bathroom means it is chilly whilst showering. Bedding could have warmer quilt as it was cold at night. An electric blanket would have warmed up the bed.
