Liked: Really nice location, lots of stores near by. Beach is pretty close.
Disliked: I don’t think that description of the property ever mentioned that there are stairs leading to the front entrance and ramp. Very inconvenient especially with heavy luggage. Bathroom has no separate shower, only bathtub with shower and no hand held shower. Bathtub is really slippery, very dangerous, especially for older people.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The reception team were friendly and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance of all amenities. The rooftop pool had sun throughout the day and pool towels provided. There is also a water refill station in reception. All in all we had a perfect stay and would recommend this hotel in Waikiki.The downside was construction on a multi story car park opposite the hotel which went on throughout the night on one of our nights - granted this isn’t the hotels fault but the balcony doors weren’t very sound proof.Even so, we enjoyed our stay so much that we booked an extra night. However, when we booked we were not told the pool would be closed for maintenance on that day, which was disappointing as we might have stayed somewhere else if we knew that as having a sunny pool available was a big draw for us.

Great location with excellent customer...

Liked: Location was amazing -right in the heart of town and close to the beach. Across from Ross Outlet was a bonus. Our plane was delayed and they were amazing at letting us stay later. The staff the whole time were lovely.
