Disappointing, especially as our main...

Liked: One staff member (lady with dark curly hair) was understanding and did her best to accomdate any issues we brought to her attention.
Disliked: One helpful staff member only. Shower was not cleaned before our stay after the third request and day before we were leaving the shower was found ally cleaned properly. We stayed 8 days. In house services did not occur daily or only parts of services were completed. Bins were not emptied daily, one nothing we ended up with no toilet paper as this was not replaced. Tea, coffee eyc never replaced until the day before we left when I made a complaint about the person I request help from the day before. Washing machine did not always work and we lost $8 to the machine. One lot of $4 was replaced. Dangerous to walk up and down stairs at night as no outdoor lighting g on stairwell or balcony was working. Fridge leaked. BBQ not always operational. Lights in BBQ area did not work. One particular staff member (blonde hair younger lady) was very dismissive of anything that we asked for some support with and like it wasn't her problem, it's just how things are and until it was spelt out to her what we would like to be done, she'd just be dismissive, even then she wasn't very helpful all and just told me to come to reception ea h day and complain so someone would know. I told her that day it was the third time I had brought concerns to the reception staff. My parents also brought concerns to her later that day about the washing machine.

Disliked: No power which meant non-acceptatie to tv, fridge, microwave, toaster or kettle plus only 1 light worked in the whole apartment

Liked: At the strand , near to rock pool and the park!! - room I had was facing the strand with a balcony ,but no light on balcony.- Great location
Disliked: Shower head needs replacing, water was distributed unevenly.- cleaning of rooms over weekend was poor , room hasn't been swept or mopped even after I requested it!!- stairway going downstairs, had no lights - no side tables at the bedsides or a place to place luggage on top ,literally had to leave luggage on floor , phones and laptops had be left on the floor while charging, - room closet was so small A big room plenty space that could fit side tables to each bed side , a luggage shelving or another table under the t.v stand would be ideal,they had none- kitchenette was so small , had to move the microwave forward if I wanted to use the switch point to boil the jug!!- the cleaner whom I spoke too about servicing my room was rude , no smile ,very blunt when spoken too , and did a terrible job! Only left clean bath towels on unmade beds! Replaced the bin liner on the bin without wiping it down , after I emptied the bin but had the audacity to say she had emptied when I when confronted her that the room was not serviced properly..- Drive way into property is on a curve and dangerous, drivers just zooms in and out , and could hit someone one day , there's a blind spot just there in the corner of the pool coming up , so very dangerous for kids especially, and with the entrance to the pool is right at the same corner makes it even more dangerous.
