Lovely hotel, would highly recommend!

Liked: Lovely rooms, great breakfast. The staff were so friendly and the easiest check in process.
Disliked: If you are travelling with a dog and plan to have the dog with you for dinner, request a low table. We were sat at a high table in the middle of the bar so had to leave the dog in our room.

Very good position to explore...

Liked: Very attentive, polite and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Good value for cost and in good position for touring area.
Disliked: No instructions on how to use shower making it difficult to operate at first, otherwise very good in operation once that hurdle overcome.Heating in room went off about 2300 hrs and back on again about 0700 hrs, so very cold during night; however understand this was an oversight when informed staff on leaving.

Liked: I really liked this hotel, nice feel when you walk in and friendly staff. Rooms were tastefully decorated and welcoming. Breakfast was high quality.
Disliked: No issues.

A gem of an hotel

Liked: Debbie and the team were fantastic. The room was huge, the super king size bed was great, as was the wet room shower. The hotel food was wonderful, and they even brought the meals to our room in the evening as the bar was very crowded for the dog. There was also a lot burnt in the room, so we could sit in front of a real fire. We could let the dog run around on the beach which was just across the road, and Port St Mary was a half mile walk.

Liked: Comfortable, spacious, warm and clean rooms with the beautiful sea view. Very friendly people. The property is just across the road from the seafront.

We loved our room which...

Liked: The hotel was quirky and charming. Our room with a sea view was very comfortable with a large sofa to relax on and a massive comfy bed. The food was great and the staff were delightful and couldn’t do enough for us.
Disliked: Nothing to not like!
