Clean and functional, but disappointing...

Liked: Good location, next to bus stops and the metroline. Clean, quiet room, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and polite.
Disliked: There are two large electric blinds in the room (sheer one and a blackout). On my first night, while very jetlagged from international travel, they decided to go up on their own. 3 times. Reception sent up maintenance the following day. They didn't go up again at night, but did during the day. This seems to be a common issue.Also, lack of complimentary coffee making facilities. Usually, there's a coffee machine in your room or available in a communal area. Here there was neither. Presumably as they have a coffee shop based in the hotel lobby. Very disappointing.

Lovely hotel, if your room...

Liked: Location and friendly staff.Sustainability efforts.
Disliked: Being put in a room at the very back of the hotel where balcony overlooked a bus parking area. Should have provided a robe.Made an agreement at check in that would not require daily cleaning, and a cost saving. But cleaner came anyway.
