Everyone was fantastic and room...

Liked: Was really central and the staff were all really nice and the room was lovely and clean had a lovely time. Was quite a warm evening/ night but the air conditioning in the room made it perfect to sleep
Disliked: Nothing was a lovely night away

Liked: First time at this hotel, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff were so lovely and everything about the hotel made us feel welcome. You git a glass if bubbly on arrival and again with breakfast next morning. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was exemplary. Breakfast was made fresh and served to the table. This is quite a treat as so few hotels now do this. Needless to say we will be back

Liked: We loved our stay in this charming hotel in Derry! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal for walking around and seeing the sights. We would love to come back and stay longer.

Liked: Right in the centre of the city. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Complimentary glass of bubbles at check in, even brought us fresh milk up to the room the next morning for tea and coffee.
