Disliked: the problem started the next day, check out is at noon which i appreciate but when morning came i was awoken by the maids cleaning and children all extremely loud, it was so loud i left early..

Liked: Front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful!! I was very pleasantly surprised by the room itself...it was a small suite-type room with a separate sitting area!! Sofa bed, desk and 2 chairs, small refrigerator and microwave and a mini sink!!The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was VERY quiet overall, even though my room was right across from the elevator.If I am ever in the Salem area again, I will definitely stay at the Shilo Inn!!
Disliked: The hotel was difficult to find, so I called the hotel directly and Alexis told me how to get there. It was easy after that!!

Disliked: The staff were not at the reception desk, we walked past him smoking outside, without a word. No personality.
