Disliked: So noisy… you can hear every step on the upper floor, impossible sleep.really cold room. The AC not working properly.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable (could tell it was an old mattress) and the place just seemed old/dingy.

Disliked: This property isn’t what was advertised or pictured and very outdated. No hot tub. No gym. No Sauna, Pool was yellow and the elevator took forever.

Liked: The price was great. Staff was friendly. They had security which was good because it is not in the best part of Salem.
Disliked: Ants in the room. Trash in the room. Listed a breakfast but no breakfast. Fitness center was taped off and couldn't use. Hot tub was filled with concrete so no hot tub. For the price I guess but not a leisure stay for sure.
